1. The service
Learnexa is a school management platform: enrollment, academics, examinations, timetabling, finance, staff and payroll for registered schools. These terms are an agreement between Learnexa and the school that registers a tenant ("the school"), and they also bind every user account the school creates.
2. Accounts and access
Access is restricted to authorised users approved by their school's administrators. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity performed under your account. Sessions and administrative actions are logged for security and accountability. We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or integrity of the platform.
3. The school's data
Records a school enters — students, marks, fees, payroll — belong to the school. We process them only to operate the service for that school. Each school runs in its own tenancy; one school's users cannot read another school's data. Schools may request a structured export of their records at any time.
4. Acceptable use
- No attempts to access another tenant's data or to probe, scan, or breach platform security.
- No use of the platform to store or distribute unlawful content.
- No reselling or sublicensing access without a written agreement.
5. Payments
Subscription fees, trial periods, and payment-integration terms (including SchoolPay) are agreed per school. Fees data entered into the platform is the school's own record; Learnexa is not a party to transactions between schools and parents.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; where a change materially reduces functionality a school relies on, we will give reasonable notice.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnexa's liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by the school in the twelve months before the claim. The platform supports school administration; final academic and financial decisions remain the school's.
